    do you think that 5 months of PE is enuff to try this?

    I am doing it from two weeks. It is painful, but the gain after that is more than noticebale. Also i put my both arms to hang on top, and the tension is double. I will report after one or two months about the results.
    I am doing it few times per day ( lets say 5 or 6 times ), and for few minutes with one hand and few minutes with the other.

    Need to be careful with. It is very intensive and must be started slowly without rush.
    Take some brakes ( day or two or even more ) between the exercises at the beginning !


    Note that it is not really tested, and there are no enough feedbacks about the

    Sorry for bumping an old threat, but how many months of conditioning does this exercise require? Wouldn't wanna do something I'm not ready for x(

    I've been PEing for roughly about 6 to 7 months.

    I have been doing them for about 1.5 months. I can say I have gained 0.3 EL, but my gains stopped dramatically. I suppose I just maxed out my ligs. I have also noticed that the stretch is a lot better if done 50% erection level, and if done while slightly engorged IT DOES HELP GIRTH (I gained 0.1).

    Ive been doing pe a week 300 to 500
    flacid jelqs and as the mandingo stretch is the most intense stretch I
    could find im going to be holding this stretch for 5 mins
    5 days on 2 off along with the internal stretch
    a bit risky?
