Last year I didnt stick into a healthy routine and overtrained my penis,also made some vital mistakes like; insufficient warm-up, not taking enough rest....
This year I have better indicators on my body; good EQ,morning woods and also I got almost 0.4" in length just after 2 months
My question is last year I didnt gain in length but my flaccid and erected penis was much more girthy.Since I aim both gains in length and girth,what can I do? Also what is the underlying reason for overtrainig? Not taking enough rest between workouts or spending too much time on exercies or having highly advanced exercises without enough condition.
My current routine is;15 min warm-up
10 minutes of stretching for each direct(holding 45 sec)
20 min of wet jelqing
10 minutes of edging and kegel
Should I increase the intensity on my routine by having on more day rest,like 2 on 2 off or just go on with the current routine?

You are lucky to have a second chance in PE. Take advantage of it. I'll try to help you with your questions:
Length will come in time. Your routine seems good to me. Make sure that you shake correctly your penis between the stretches and try to jelq at a low erection level, this could help. A lot of people, me included, report bigger gains in length than in girth. Apparently that's not your case but you're gaining so keep at it and be patient.
The reasons explaining overtraining is everything you listed. When you PE, you generate micro tears in the tissue and you need to give enough time to the tissue to heal in an elongatd state. If not, you won't gain and will significantly increase the risk of injury...
If I can suggest something, try to edge at least 20 min (30 is better) and don't kegel every day. Introduce reverse kegels in your routine too.
Last, regarding your schedule , only you can answer the questions. If you change it (and I would wait again before hanging anything), pay a close attention to your PIs. They are the key.

thanks for your detailed answer normalguy...so what do you advice me for the girth and that girthy appearance? Should I increase the intensity of this routine a bit and then try 2 on and 2 off routine? or just go on with it for a while just by getting a longer edgind session?

Normalguy is right on the money-PE is based on many of the same principles as bodybuilding: 3 times a week and you can work up to 5 after a while, take weekends off, mix it up with other PE techniques once in a while to "shock" your system (the body naturally adapts to a stress) Take an occasional layoff for a week at a time.
You already learned not to overtrain, that's a painful lesson that will stay with you-don't forget it.

I agree with normal guy, too. The only thing I would add is do edging on your days off and not with your regular routine
Sometimes when we edge, we go past the ponr and ejaculate. This spells out lower gains for PE. I play it safe and do edging completely separate from my routine, just because the ponr sneaks up on me some times.
This is really just based off my own edging experiences. If you find you have better control, then keep at it.

Is edging not considered to be a PE exercise? I will try your advice toadstool but hope it wont lead to an overtraining

Edging isn't exactly a PE exercise but a stamina-building exercise (so at least as much important) though many guys reported gains from edging only. Toadstool told you to avoid edging after your PE sessions because ejaculation is said to hinder gains when done just before or after a workout. This is quite debated and even the PE legend disagree on this: Kingpole says that it doesn't, G411by7 says one shouldn't. I tried to answer this question at least for me in an experiment (https://www.pegym.com/forums/pe-theo...ts-theory.html) but didn't have enough time to finish it... If you believe that it can slow your gains, then edge at a different time. But there's a logic behind edging just after a workout. Independently of ejaculation or not, edging just after your workout helps to maintain your penis for a maximum of time in its elongated post-workout state and this could help your growth. So I believe that you and only you will have to choose how you'll want to play it! In any case, too much edging can lead to overtraining so watch your PIs.
