Thread: New Routine

I've experimented for years with penis enlargement in my off time and now I'm ready to commit to a routine and actually start seeing some gains.
Things I've done enough to understand first hand how they work:
All of these things I will put into my routine except pumping which I have never found to be an effective use of time. Stretching I have to admit I dont fully know the potential of, if is anyone wants to chime in on that I am all ears. My focuses will be on Hanging, jelqing and Edging/Ballooning.
My idea is to do a 2 days on, 1 day of, where in the days I exercise I split the workout up into an all day process using ADS to keep the healing under the influence of a light stretch and disallow turtling.
3 times daily
Warmup with light massage then heat for 5-10minutes
Jelq 50 repetitions (+2%) each workout
Erect Bends (curvature correction) 10 x 15sec
Hang 15 minutes (work up to 20 minutes)
Edge 15-60 minutes
ADS until next session
I would like to know what peoples thoughts are on the jelqing, which there seems to be quite a bit of expertise for on this forum. I know that people have made successful gains by merely hanging, jelqing or some other method, but I feel combining these things will give the best results and give more well rounded results as well. That 50 reps is open to variations of course, and its probably a low number but given that I have low stamina built right now Ill need to give my tissues time to build and adjust.
Im building an ADS device that should work miracles for curvature correction because it will be curved itself, which will allow you to heal for at least 1/3 of the day with your penis curved opposite to the curve you wish to correct. I've never seen anyone use one of these and so I will be interested to try it out. Maybe someone has seen it though, let me know if so.
I will be keeping a log of my progress. I start today 11/28/2011 at 6.3 BPEL x 5.5 MSEG

I'm almost at the end of my second month of PE and I'm keen to see how you fair with your 3 month trial period.
