  • another routine help post

    Ive been experimenting with PE for about 3-4 months now and in the beginning I did not record so I have no way of checking if Ive made any gaings because nothing so far has been signinficant. As of now, my maing target is to gain girth. Here is what my routine looks like

    10 mintues rice sock warm up
    15 min 3-4sec jelw
    6 min vjelq
    7minutes horse squeezes
    15min supra slammers

    Any suggestions or tips to modify for helping me achieve girth faster? Any help would be appreciated . Thanks!

    I don't think that 3-4 months is enough conditioning to handle regular supra slammers. Regular squeezes are advanced. I would hold off on them.

      Alright what should I do in place of that to help me
      build conditioning ? And I forgot to mention I do about 200 kegels through out.And no not really. Somtimes I try to edge but I don't know if that counts? Whats a good cool down?
