    Hey guys,

Do any of you know any good jeqling videos?

I've seen a couple but the techniques involed in the jelq's seem quite different I've always felt I was doing it wrong. Especially when it comes to speed and pressure.

If you don't know of any video's, how many seconds should it take for one hand to slide from the base to the tip?

How much pressure should you be using? Last time I got into PE I developed a some painful veins.

    Thanks,
    Canehdian

This video is by a PEgym.com member by the name of Blulite

In his video, you see him going pretty rough. He's been doing this for a long time (at least a year), and he can get away with that
Unless you have a decent amount of conditioning, keep a weak grip.

The seconds add to the intensity. You can do a 2 second jelq, you can do a 12 second jelq, it's all good. As long as you're paying attention to how it feels, and you're listening to you PIs (physiological indicators), then you can do it as long as you'd like.

You don't want pain. Ever. Pain in the peen is bad. As far as I know, 'no pain no gain" will lead to some serious damage here.
You want it to feel good

          Thanks Toadstool (and blulite)!

Do you feel the speed being used in the video is good for beginners?

          Thanks,

Yeah I've already seen the V-jelq illustration, just wanted to see if there was more in order to be sure that my technique was correct

The OK grip jelq video actually corrected my technique, I thought that I understood it fully but after watching the video it turns out I was doing it wrong
