I'm new to PE I'm 20 years old and right now at full erection I'm at length:7 1/2in and for girth I am at 5in. I'm really not to worried about length I just want to be thicker so any tips or ways to really just increase my thickness would be greatly appreciated this is my first day so after I get some tips and exercises to do or even a started routine. I plan on starting a tracker forum to help me keep track and keep a strong mind set on this.

Before you think about getting thicker you need to think about conditioning. Do a search for JP's 90 day beginner routine. Also read all you can on this forum starting in the beginner section. Safey should be your number 1 priority.pterodactyl

I find v-jelqs to be the best girth exercise. But you need to work up to it. Pain or bruising is a bad sign, but a little soreness the next day is normal. It is tissue deformation, after all.Started: BPEL 6.5", EG 4.5"

JP90's Beginner routine. You won't make any gains if you injure yourself. You are likely to gain some from this routine anyway. Wait a couple of months before trying any of the girth focused exercises.
