2 months ago I started experiencing a dull ache near my balls. I went to the doctor and he told me I had a varicocele which was causing me the discomfort.
I've been doing warm wraps, eating vitamins and fish oil, sleeping straight on my back, avoiding as much sitting as possible, and avoiding any strenuous activity. This issue is really stressing me out. Plus, I've had to postpone things with the girl that i really like.
Any advice or tips would really help me out.
