So When I stretch I warm up first for 5 mins with hot washcloth then When I start to stretch The first few minutes I hang nice and fat and loose.then after 8-15 mins of stretching I get completly flacid and it kinda stiffens and shrivels up and dosent hang as loose or long or as fat is this good-bad-normal??
after stretching I warm up again then jelq but after warming up again it dosent hang as big and fat as it did before I stretched .This is the reason I didnt use to stretch much Because if I stretch more then a few minutes my flacid shrinks and stiffens like I described is this normal?? Of course when I start jelqing it gets all big and fat again but the shrinkage and stiffening from stretching is what bothers me How it hangs all big and fat and long and loose at first then after stretching it skrinks and gets very skinny and shorter and stiffens is it normal??
