Thread: Question about edging

So I'm trying to do more edging. It seems very important to PE gains and is something I should master to last longer in bed.
But I have a question: How often should I do it?
Can I do it twice in one day? Should there be days when I do it none at all?
Sometimes I feel like I can go ahead and do it every day, but I'm worried about hurting myself.

I don't think you would hurt yourself doing it once or twice a day, unless you have stroked your cock so hard that you would cause abrasions to the skin... Hopefully, you have the common sense not to do that!

Sdging is well tolerated in isolation ,however when combined with pe ,kegels and the like you must be aware of total workload.

I usually don't edge during my PE sessions .... i'm thinking of incorporating them more often from now on ....
