I'm attempting a reboot, meaning no porn, masturbating, or orgasming for 90 days, to reprogram my dopamine levels and gain higher erection quality and libido.
However, once every 2-3 days during the process, i'll take a shower, warm my penis up, masturbate just to the point where my penis is 70-80% erect, and do a variety of dry jelqs, squeezes, uli's, and horsies, followed by around 5 minutes of warmdown in the hot shower.
