Thread: New twist to A Stretch

I have just added some A stretches to my routine about a month ago now. I came accross a new method to do this stretch. As I am holding the stretch I bend my knees forward and then I straighten out my knees and this is when you will feel a greater stretch on your penis. You have to really hold onto your OK grip because it gives it quite a tug when you straighten out your knees. I don't know if anyone has ever tried this before? I thought I would just share this with the members if anyone would be interested in trying it.

What's an A stretch? I just did a search on the Gym and came up with zilch.

( A strethch )
This stretch is fairly easy, although I don't really use it that much because I prefer the V stretch. It doesn't target the septum as much, but is a good tunica stretch. To do this stretch, with your left hand pull your penis straight out in front of you. Put your right hand underneath your penis and grab your left wrist. Now with your left hand stretch your penis over your right arm. It should resemble an "A" with your left hand being the left side ( / ) and your penis being the right side ( \ ). Your right hand will be the line in between ( - ).

Erection level: 0 to 50 percent
Recommended Reps: 5
This exercise uses two hands.
1 .Hand 1: Grip the penis an inch below the glans and pull straight out.
2. Hand 2: Place your arm underneath the stretched penis.
3. Hand 2: Grab the wrist of arm 1. (For more force, push upwards with your entire arm.)
4. Hold for twenty to thirty seconds.

You guys are great. Thanks to all of you for the instruction, especially the photo visuals. I've actually tried this a few times but didn't know what it was called.
