I am fairly new and I've been doing a lot of reading on here. I do have a question that I was not able to find an answer for while browsing.

In JP's beginner routine he talks about the LOT and that if you have a high LOT you can hang. Am I correct in assuming since I have a low LOT I cannot? Should I refrain from doing any stretches in a downward direction?

I'm sure I'll get the response to stick to the basics, which I am, but I would like to know for the future and I would like to know if I should not be stretching downward.

Thanks for any help with my questions.

LOT really doesn't matter. It's been proven to be hit or miss time and time again. People with a low LOT can still hang and see gains. Best to just ignore the LOT theory all together.
