So these are some things that are going on in my pe life that I feel I need guidance on, it would be greatly appreciated if I even one of these questions were off my mind. They are kind of random in topic, but would help me immensely in terms of safety and effectiveness.
First, I have been steadily leaning towards developing a pe program for myself that takes a less consistent approach then usual, and I am wondering if there is risk for injury or if it would be less efficient then a repetitous approach . the best way to describe it would be by example, such as starting on a monday with focus on semi-erect bends and squeezes, taking 2 days off of rest, then on the thursday focusing on stretches and edging, taking one day off and finishing the pe week with a day of jelqing on saturday, then repeating the cycle starting monday. How would you rate a concept like this?
Second, I have finalized my conclusion that my right CC from midshaft up is a lot less developed then my left one. As a result my base girth is considerably thicker then the rest of the shaft. The chamber is not shorter, but is less thick. If this were to be fixed it would fix the CS from mid shaft up as well, right now it is filling the area where the CC should be, making it not protrude nearly as much as the base area (this also gives the illusion of a twist in the shaft). I have read about trying something called a mini jelq, using a c grip, to target this issue, but I still am not sure about this approach's effectiveness. Should I take this route or a more traditional route to increase girth? On a medical note, is this something I should consult a doctor about?(I do have a slight hour glass shape so peyronies comes to mind, but then again that could be paranoia)
Lastly, about several weeks ago I noticed several ringed ridges on my shaft. Naturally I looked it up on here and found a few posts that all generally agreed on it being a positive sign (healing specifically). At this time I was newly experimenting with squeezes and my PI's told me to back off a little. I have taken a week off to let everything reset and everything seems to be mostly back to normal, except these ridges.
How long are these ridges supposed to stick around? I really don't want them to turn into scar tissue build up or lead to peyronies or something, so at what point (if at all) should I consult a doctor?
this turned out longer then I expected, but I really did'nt want to flood the boards with individual posts haha. thanks for the help!!!

I noticed ridges and soon after I had a fairly significant increase in length. That part is good
I dont think you have peyronies but if you are truly concerned you should look more into what Peyronies is caused from, It is usually a severe bending of the penis caused by scaring and deposits of calcium( I have to look more into it myself, its been a while)
Now about your program, I would not give it a good rating and i am not saying this to bring you down, I just dont feel that you gain anything from it other that the possibility of injury. stretching once a week is not enough, squeezing once a week, not enough for gains and jelquing once a week is unlikely to produce anything either.
I think if you do your sueezes and stretching on Monday and Thursday and your jelquing on Tuesday and Friday you will get better results and you are still only working 4 days a week. i would say if you did all of that 3 days a week you would have agood routine as well but yours is like hanging on Monday ad jelquing on Friday, wont work.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Thanks BigO, that is exactly the kind of feedback I needed, while I rework it I will keep all of that in mind. I would like to incorporate edging in there somewhere, any ideas? Still not sure about this mini jelqing, but once I figure out if it's worth it or not I can start worrying about possibly fitting that in as well.
I'm starting to feel a lot more at ease with the thought of peyronies and the ridges, it does seem like I have gained ~.2in or so in length in the last few weeks so that would make sense. This upper right shaft girth problem is starting to really nag at my thoughts though so I am seriously considering seeing a urologist about it, even though I'm not convinced there is much that can be fixed anyway.
