Sauna+jelqing

I have a sauna at home. Would it be awesome if i did all my jelqing there so it would be super warm all the time and i wouldn't need any warm-ups or -downs. Or would it somehow be bad? what do you think?

Well, you still would need a warm-up period where you ensured your penis was wam enough for jelqing, but you would be warming your whole body and not just your groin.

Definitely beneficial in limited amounts. Drink lots of water!

In my last apartment we had a space heater. I'd bring it in the bathroom and take a shit with the space heater on, trust me got hot as hell in there by the time I was done shitting. I would then jelq.
