Thread: How to warm up
- 12-21-2011 #1
Guys, last time I tried to do PE, my first biggest problem was how to do warm ups. I need a way to warm up without bringing too much attention (like putting a ricesock in the microwave; durr).
I have tried taking a hot shower, but my dick warmed down pretty fast. Same thing happened from dipping it into hot water.
Any ideas?

Fill a nice ziploc baggie with warm tap-water and wrap it around your penis for 8-15 minutes. The water doesn't need to be extremely hot, just a little bit above body temp.

I hope I can easily find this Ziploc thing somewhere near in my city. Thanks for the tip.
Other ideas are also appreciated.

Something that other people have been doing is using an infrared light. It's very discreet, you can keep in your room and even use it throughout your workout (which will probably help your gains)
Another thing you can try is lying.
Why are you heating up that rice sock, ohwell?
