So I have been trying to do a reverse jelqing only routine because I'm displeased with my base girth (of course warm up and stretching first and kegals after)
I'm trying to do 100 reverse jelqs every workout
But after every 10 reps I need to masturbate somewhat to get it hard again so I can continue. (I guess the nature of this move is opposite of erection) So I don't get a constant pressure at all since it's more like "10 sets of 10"
Is this a fundamental problem or as long as you get the reps in should you get results?

As long as you get the reps you'll be fine. Make sure your increasing your reps every once and a while.
Also, if you want to get your base girth bigger try doing your kegels while erect and holding for 5 sec. Edging is also good for base girth.

yes that's why after my reverse jelqs i do kegals, i would edge in between every 10 reps untill maximal erection, then do 10 reps ofvery hard kegals, repeat this 5 times so I get 50
not sure if i can already hold them 5 second each, just hold them for a moment as much as i can

I have found getting an erection 80-85% full and holding thumb and index finger in the OK grip midshaft and Kegling really helps the base.
As always start with a few kegles, over time increase.
Using either quick kegles or 'held' kegles will work.
Muscle memory etc.
