Hello I have a few newbie questions I would like to ask everyone if they don't mind. Alright so I started the JP routine and I'm currently on my 4th day. My question is I'm not circumcised so when I stretch should I be "OK'ing" with the my skin pulled back or over the skin? I find that when I do it on top of the skin I feel like I'm pulling my skin. Not really sure about that. Also, I lose my grip a lot during stretching, should I use baby powder? Also the V-Jelq isn't meant to be done with a lot of pressure is it? I find that I'm not able to put as much pressure as I am with the regular jelq. Thanks in advance for any help gentlemen.

Roll your skin back, because if you think you're pulling the skin, it's because you are. Baby powder is fine.
Jelq and v-jelq should be around the same pressure, not a lot. It doesn't take much to move veins.

You should be able to grip tightly enough when stretching so that your skin doesn't pull over more. I never was a fan of unrolled stretching.

Are there any videos out there that demonstrate this stuff? I can't load the ones on this site because of browser incompatibility. Thanks for the responses guys.
