  • plateau and taking a break...

    Can we overcome a plateau by taking a break , say a month or a month and a half? Has anybody tried it?
    BPEL=6,3''
    EG=5.2

    Short term Goal BPEL 6,7'', EG=5,4"
    Mid term Goal BPEL 7'', EG=5,7''

    Well I always read that after people have had a break, that they come back bigger and have gained?

        I think there is definitely something to this. I stopped for like...6 months after completing 4 good months of PE, i then came back in september and did the 3 months JP workout (just completed it on the 21st) and now have gained alot again. As i go through my lifelong journey i am going to take breaks here and there...just not 6 months at a time
        2/10/2010 (BPEL 5.2 x EG 4.9)
        7/2/2011 (BPEL 5.9 x EG 5.2) Stopped :(
        21/9/2011 (BPEL 6.0 x EG 5.2) Started :)
        1/4/2012 (BPEL 7.0 x EG 5.7) NOW!

          Sure you could. Then when youre back just very slowly ease back into it. I wouldn't be surprised if you were bigger after a break. Sessions should be better too after a break.
