  • Tired with jelqing now.

    because of my f'ckin dick don't erect when I jelq. I try everything. watch porn video or masturebating. but it still flaccid. I'm very tired. someone told me that jelq with low erection will enlarge length. but I really don't want lenght. I want girth. now I am still tired and feel angry. What should I do now. or who used to be like me. Please give me an advice. Thank to you all.


    PS: I've no problem with this in other time. just when I jelq.

    Don't give up yet on Jelqing ! You are fairly new and still a beginner so as far as manual exercises go your choices are limited untill you become conditioned and have had a couple months experience.
    1: What is your routine ?
    2: Are you sitting down or standing up when Jelqing ?
    3: How is your grip when performing your Jelqs ?
    Starting stats : BPEL 6.25" NBPEL 5.6" EG 4.8"
    Current stats : BPEL 7" NBPEL 6.25" EG 5"
    Main Goal : BPEL 7.5" NBPEL 6.75" EG 5.5"

      1. I follow JP's 90 routine right now.
      2. Standing jelq.
      3. Make OK grip on the base then slowly slide it to under glan and then use another hand grip on the base and slide it while another hand still grip under the glan. and do it repeat

      I am tired with it because my dick is like an old man dick. It hard to erect and can't erec when jelq. I am just a young man.

      PS: I am uncut.

        I never cared for jelqing myself. There are plenty of other, more time efficient (and more effective) girth exercises. Ulis, squeezes, clamping, etc.

          Well for one, you do not want a full blown erect while jelqing as that can cause injury, so don't worry about becoming fully erect. Now a couple questions I have. When you masturbate, is this done sitting or standing? Have you tried jelqing while sitting?

            It is the same bro. I try standing or sitting. It's helpless. I don't want to jelqing at full erect. but It's too flaccid to jelq. It's very absolutely really flaccid. as I've said. I want a girth not length.

              Fix your erection issues first, though PE helps with EQ. So keep trying it and get a kegel routine too.

                Right, Ok. There are other beginner routines to choose from, sometimes the JP's 90 routine is too intense for some guys especially those with EQ problems.
                Although most routines have been set out so that jelqing is performed after stretching ....it is not compulsory ! you may benefit by swapping them so that you do your jelqs first, this way you are less likely to suffer from fatique which is detrimental to your EQ. Big Al believes this is the best way for most trainees.
                I was going to suggest you sit down whilst performing them but i have noticed that you mentioned trying it already, so i would recommend what i described above. Make sure that your grip is not too tight, i know that the exercise is described as a squeezing exercise but i believe this is not the case. A gentle yet gracious grip is required to achieve the plump effect, the grip does not have to be firm.
                Steve23 maybe right, it sounds as though you have EQ problems. I know that you stated in your original post that it was only whilst performing jelqing but i have my doubts. It should be our goal to try and encourage our arousal levels without the use of external stimuli such as porn.
                It can take time to master the jelq but more often than not it is achieved through practice and perseverance, the ability to relax whilst also focusing on your technique is paramount.

                  I had the same problem before, it just comes with practice. It took me about a week or two to be able to consistently jelq at around 70% (for girth). On a bad day, I can stay 50%-70% for about 25 jelqs, then I have to work on it getting back to 70%. You just have to figure out how your penis works, then you can manipulate it to do what you want it to do.

                    I'm new as well but have you tried V jelqs before wet jelqs or altering your grip? Doing V jelqs before wet jelqs have helped me stay at around 60% throughout.

                      Steve is right about starting a kegel routine. I've done kegels randomly throughout the day ever since starting PE but only recently started a routine. Rbi99 has provided us with his, and it's really good! Here's the link
