question about rule and bpel

The ruler that I use to measure BPEL my cock lenght have the start( the zero mark) after 0,4cm( 0,16 inches) non graduate.
So in my BPEL I have to count also this 0,4cm in plus or not?

but it's part, in the NBPEL measurements no, because I press until the zero mark, but in BPEL I press until touch the bone so I can't eliminate the 0,4cm non graduate.

Then you eliminate it by taking .4cm off your final measurment. If I had a ruler with .5" before the 0 and I used that .5" as part of my measurment, wouldn't that be cheating myself for an extra .5"
Anyways if you want to use that extra use it everytime you measure so you don't get confused. In the end it's all about gaining and seeing how much you gain right? not telling people your size in numbers.

I think I understand what you're saying.

The physical end of the ruler is not marked, correct? The markings start late, so that there is 1/16" of space between the physical beginning of the ruler and the actual line for zero. That's my understanding. This is not unusual, in fact most rulers seem to be like that.

You can do whichever you want, just choose one now, and be consistent.

example, measure a fifteen cm ruler with a thirty cm ruler

Yeah you need to add that on or you will be something like 1/2 an cm under you measurement. Mines the same but I don't add it on so I will be something like .2" under my measurement.

Of course you have to add that! What if it started at 5cm, right? Bonepressed erect length, like they do in the surveys, is when you press the ruler against your pubic bone and measure it all the way to the tip of the glans, on the top side of your penis. You do this standing straight up, with your dick straght out.
Are you confused about bpel and nbpel and what it means?

The 0-mark on my ruler starts at 4mm too.

no, I know how to measure BPEL, my answer is only regarding this 0,5cm in plus, if I add I 'm 7.10 BPEL, but, since I always measured without add, I will continue to non add.
