    hey everyone,

    i was wondering, how much of a positive impact (if any) does going to they gym have on increasing size?

    when i say going the gym, i mean moderate to intense weight-lifting (i'm trying to get jacked ). i know that lifting weights releases HGH, and that hormone should have an effect on my gains, shouldn't it? i'm also taking protein powder to supplement my weightlifting..

    i'd just like to see your thoughts on this.. thank you!

    Well, lifting weights increases testosteron wich is good for your libido.
    Your bloodflow will become better, wich is very good for your dick.
    Only downside I see is that when you get muscular, your dick will seem smaller in the mirror. But it's still better for your overall health to train.

      Seeing as Brainsick already answered your question, il just add in this.

      Reading up on what the vets and supplements threads say, and based on my own experience. Protein wont affect your PE. But thats not really why you take protein anyways
      Starting Size 2010:
      BPL: 6"
      EG: 4.75"

      Current size 2015:
      BPL: 7.3"
      EG: 5"
