Thread: the best schedule

i have some questions about scheduling PE. i know how many people suggest going 2 days, 1 off, 2 on, 2 off to reduce the potential of overworking and injury. such a schedule also gives the penis adequate rest, so when you do your next workout you will be more healed from the previous one.
my question is: would a repeating schedule of simply "1 day on, 1 day off" be even better?
this would mean you do PE 3x a week on some days and 4x a week on others. i know that is less days on than many other schedules, but wouldn't this schedule ensure that the penis is fully healed for each new workout? and when the penis is fully healed, you have more potential for success, dont u? i take this principle from weightlifting. some guys workout everyday religiously, while others workout fewer times a week (at a high intensity) and give themselves a lot of rest and these guys are ALOT bigger.
what do you guys think?

I know everyone's body reacts differently in terms of rest/recovery, but I do five days in a row straight (PE and the gym, actually lol). Reason being I'm a slow grower, so if I don't "blast" five days in a row I don't feel that I've effectively wore myself out to need the recovery. lol! I think most people will tell you there's no right or wrong, necessarily. You just have to find out what works best for you. Personally I feel that one day on/one day off isn't the way to go unless you really beat your schwanz into submission on your "on day," but then again that would just open the door to serious injury.
