has anyone experienced that the length gains result in loosing on the girth and the girth gains come at the expense of length gains.. If so is it the way to go.. Id there some way to ensure to keep girth same while doing a length focussed routine.

Balance. And I don't know who gave you this information but the idea of PE is to induce penile cellular growth to expand the penis whether it is length or girth based. I haven't lost any length from doing girth exercises or vice-verse. Don't think of your penis as some balloon which stretches the plastic when filled or overfilled because it don't produce more cells to compensate in due time. Your body is an amazing and will adapt to the changes just do PE slow and give it time to adapt (cellular growth). Safety first.

I asked this as i think i have lost some girth by focussing on a length only routine.
But i think it may also be due to some other reasons as-
- when i do a lot of kegels during a day, the next day i find that i found it difficult to get a vary girthy erction, maybe it is beacause the muscle is tored and can't push much blood.
- I am doing a lengtrh only routine, and there also i sometime end doing streches only(not very often but rarely) , maybe that has effected girth?

I truly think it's all in perception since you're maybe not used to seeing yourself with your new length gains, so if your girth has stayed the same, but you've successfully added length I can definitely see how it would give you the illusion of losing girth. Remember, your member is three dimensional. What causes it to grow one way will also cause it to grow the other (even incredibly slightly). Just my opinion of course. Best of luck bro!

maybe, but mostly i think it must be due to tired muscles to push more blood, though from now on i am thinking of doing all my stretches bundled so that they effect the tunica in all the directions. Hope that may help this.
