Sorry mate so about 90 days and 2 months of less PE to cement the gains. I was planning to go for 8 months with it and slowly bring in clamping with my routine would u think that would be safe? U say lift weights to help condition would this be similar as my extender on light weight.

I say PE is like any other exercise where you start slowly and gradually increase intensity just like lifting weights adding more resistance. I would also say about 6 months before you go into serious clamping. The last thing you want to do in cause busted capillaries or veins which can also lead to bruising. Just take it slow and do the 90 day which is where your mind should be at. Safety must come first just like any other exercise.

I have a newbie question as well and didn't want to clog the forums so here it is:
With a higher LOT, does that mean when stretched upwards and doing a kegel you get a lot more tug than when pointed downwards? The wording in the guide is stumping me. If so, that usually means gains are easier to come across?

LOT simply means that you have looser suspensory ligaments. Most men (including myself) who have looser ligaments have a more hanging penis when flaccid because our penis when flaccid points down. You won't really feel the tug pointing upward but more at 6:00. Although I believe that the shaft should be the main focus for gaining, you can improve hang-age by loosing the ligaments which fowers also help in along with a little tension on the shaft to help in length.

I've been thinking I've had my mind set on getting an extender. But I've seen so many manual stretching so I thought to myself hell I'll give the manual stretching ago and See how it is. I'm going to continue with jp90. But I was looking at stretching and JAI seems to be really good and good for begginers. Would u guys suggest jp90 and JAI to be good and enough for the first 3 months of PE excersizes? Is all penis enlargement excersizes permanent like JAI and others? Cheers Kurt.
