Hay all. I'm new and I'm from Australia. I've got a few ideas on PE routines. But I just won't to refine them that's all. For length I'm wanting to use an x4 premium kit. I'm currently 6.5 inches and wanting 7.5. But for girth I'm really confused on Wat to do bathmate jelqs Wat type of routine? Should I do all my lengthening before I do my girth gains? Cheers guys input would help alot. Appreciate it Kurt.

A better idea for right now if you are a beginner is to stay with the beginner's routine and think about another routine later on in the future. Play it safe, bro, and avoid injuries.
Stretches/Extenders/Hanging leans towards length and some base girth I might add.
Jelgs/Clamping (which includes squeeze variants) leans towards girth.
Edging helps in erection quality and stamina.
Kegels (forward/reverse) help with blood flow and strong pc muscles (don't over do it).
Be aware that other things play a factor in gains (tunica fibers, diet, health, genetics, etc...).Last edited by thenewdude; 01-05-2012 at 03:42 AM.

Cheers mate. My x4 is going to be for my length. And I was thinking using a bathmate and a couple of PE excersizes only for girth gain. Do u have any further advice or recommendations? I was told I'll get permanent length from the x4. But girth gain isn't a permanent thing is this true? Cheers kurt.

Well, the x4 extender is the best on the market although I do prefer traction wrapping instead (but that is me). You usually have to keep it on for about 4-6 hours a day. The bathmate (hopefully a good (not cheap) one) does help in girth but not permanent on its own which means you will still have to incorporate exercises to cement the gains. You don't just want the members being stretched from the pulling or the blood pressure (inner) but also to insure growth from the tears which takes time for your body to adjust and repair the penis. There are many here who don't use either and have success in both areas.
Again, my bro, stay with only the JP's 90 at first then move on if you feel you must. Many do gain within 90 days of just the beginner's routine which designed to be safe as well while conditioning your penis to more advanced routines.Begin 7/25/2011:

Provided you have completed the JP's 90. It usually takes about a few month (1-2) with a less PE days of the same routine for cementing. Also, don't forget to rest. I would say every 90 days that one should take a week or two off to allow the penile members to fully repair which does lead to growth and on a more visible level. The best time to cement is after taking the week or so off which is according to me.
I took a few weeks off just before finishing the 90 and gained from it (healing and repair time without re-tearing from PE).
The more time you have in PE (taking about time span and not overdoing PE), the easier it is to cement and keep most of what you get if you stop peing because your body is accustomed to that size after a while.
Take it slow and safe, and you will gain. Patience in PE must BE YOUR FRIEND.Begin 7/25/2011:

Why pay for those instruments when you can enlarge your penis in a healthy way manually?

It's just personal preference for me. But extender has proven to be an easier way to extend and no injury if done properly.

How long will I have to do jp90 for? Then the 2 months for cement. You wouldn't recommend clamping for a beginner? Cause that's not the the jp90. Cheers Kurt.

What does 90 days mean? About 3 months. You really do need to condition your member before moving on to more advanced routine to avoid injuries. You start light with lifting weights to avoid severe muscle fiber tears, the same applies for any exercise.
