Hey there gang!
It's been awhile since I've been here. Looks like I'm no longer a moderator. I'm not surprised, since I haven't been here is ages. Sorry about that, my old buddies JonPop, KingPole, Big Al and of course Remek. And thanks again for helping me. This place is lookin good.
My PE has been going good. I'm still doing a really light routine. Right now I do 2 days on, 1 off, then 2 on, 2 off. I only do about 150 jelqs, 200 kegels, and a little stretching. I've always been into less-is-more as some may remember. I've gotten pretty good gains considering how light my schedule is.
Lately I've been edging a lot on my off days and it seems to help a lot. I edge up to 3 times during my off days sometimes. My attitude is, if the penis wants it (good EQ, spontaneous erections) then edge. What do you guys think about this?
I am planning on writing an article about my super-light beginner program, but I still want to learn a bit more. One big reason why I didn't participate was because I didn't think I had much to contribute. I really appreaciate the privilege of being made a Mod, and I'm sorry if I let you guys down.
