If i do this workout every other day
20-30 jelqs (helps me get better expansion in the bathmate)
Bathmate pumping 20-30 mins
Then with the expansion i get from the pump do 3 x 30 second ulis
Im starting on only 3 x 30 as i was overdoing ulis last time abd EQ dropped. I will incresse if i get pisitive PIs..
Ill also be edginh 2-3 tomes a week

I have never pumped, so I am not sure. How conditioned are you? Also, if ulis dropped eq before why are you jumping into pumping plus ulis?
Start : 5.5 BP/4.5 NBP x 5 MEG
Now : 5.5 BP/4.5 NBP x 4.75ish MEG

How conditioned are you? If you are not, this will only increase your risk of injury. We need more information.
Initial(9-1-11): BPEL: 7.25", BPSFL: 7.75", EG: 4.75", BEG: 5.25", BPFL: ~5.0", FG: ~4.0"
Current(7-1-16): BPEL: 8.375", BPSFL: 8.75", EG: 5.375", BEG: 5.875", BPFL: ~6.625", FG: ~4.75"
Realistic Goal: BPEL: 8.5", EG: 5.5"
Idealistic Goal: BPEL: 9.0", EG: 6.0", BPFL: 7.0", FL: 5.0"

Give it a try, it is a girth targeted workout, If you experience a drop in EQ then I would drop the ulis. I think that you would see some good gains with jelquing and pumping by them selves.
Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Thanks for the quick reply fellas.
Im quite conditioned. Done PE for a good 3/4 months before and done ulis from the start without any problems (wasnt on any forums abd thus unaware)

Can't guarantee results but it looks pretty good to me.
