  • Discussion about progression

ok, so i've been exercising my penis since november/2011 with the same basic and short routine, gains have been good but i want to create a discussion here about how we should keep the gains coming when they stop
in you opinion, what should we increase (frequency, intensity, volume, switch exercises, increase advanced exercises, etc.)?
when should it be done (when the gains stop, through programming, etc.)?
    thank you

Everyone is different so can't really say. But if you have a routine now and you're actually gaining from it and if over time(at least a min of 1 month) you see 0 progress then you can try to add more reps to each exercise and see how that goes for weeks/month and if not then try more advance exercises added or in place to the old exercises. Also the earliest gains(at least in length) are always the fastest then it kind of slows down for most.

Also just noticed you're underaged, you need to be 18 to be on this site. See you in a year.
