PE doesn't fully satisfy?

Does any1 else have the feeling that even though if i get my penis a lot bigger with PE, im not fully satisfied because i wasnt BORN with a big penis. Or maybe i was, but not the monster i wish i would be. I just have such a huge ambition and lust for dominance somehow and i hate the way i am but i think i can never get over the fact that i wasnt born with 8'' or 9''. Or maybe i will get 8'' naturally while im still 18 and i was a latebloomer. But nevertheless i will keep PE:ing.

Well, I'm sure there's the rare case where a newborn has some odd disease and has an adult sized penis, but yes, it is so that no one is born with a big penis.
