Hi guys, i've pe'd on and off for the last year, however only consistently for maybe 1 full month. I have seen some good gains over this time and have decided to get back into it. This forum seems to be the most active PE forum i've come across.
What i'm posting for is to introduce and also ask a question - which is why i posted here.
I've been reading up about this LOT theory, and still slightly confused about it all haha. My Loss of tug starts at 8 and downwards. at 9-12 (pointing up towards the ceiling is where i get the strongest tug back, i take it that i should stretch downwards?
Since beginning i have gone from 5.5 to about 6.6 bpel and achieved a 5.2-3 girth.
any advice is welcome, cheers.

Don't pay attention to LOT, it's only a theory. And welcome.
