Ok guys heres the scenario.
I started a new routine and on the first night i got slight improved Night wood. I did it again a day after exxept i did an extra 15 second uli and got worse night wood than the workout before.
Does this mean im starting to over step my boundaries and should keep my routine in the boundaries that give me improved night wood? My flaccid hang has also improved..

Girth work tend to lower the EQ, and just seems to me that your just a bit fatigued. Keep and eye on it tho, so you dont overtrain. If you start to loose wood completely take a break. Ulis can be quite a hard workout.Starting Size 2010:

Yeah 2 nights can't tell you your exact PI's .. It's probably best to stay within boundaries .. So just do your routine without the ulli of 15seconds .. If you get positive night woods every night, do this routine for a while .. Measure after one month if you gained anything ..
If yes, keep doing the same routine, don't quit something that leads to results .. If no, do more reps, longer workout, but always keep track of your PI's..
