So I was thinking about the jp routine. I have a few questions for the ppl that have used it or are.currently using the routine. 1) if I have an extender and wear it from 4-6 hours a day, should I still b doing the stretches? 2) how important are the ” V” grip jelqs? For I see such a big pressure difference between that and the regular jelq and the V jelq, that I wanna say that its pointless. Just need some information. Thanks
