ive bene lurking around here looking for info for jelqing. ive been doing it for a little over a week now and have 0.1"+ on girth.
how does this routine look?
week 1: 150-200/day (3 seconds), 2 days on, 1 day off
weeks 2-3: 250-300/day (3 seconds), 2 days on, 1 day off
weeks 4-5: 350-400/day (3 seconds), 2 days on, 1 day off
week 6+: 450-500/day (3 seconds), 1 day on, 1 day off
i read that theres such athing as overtraining in jelqing i just wanna make sure i dont even come close to it.
im doing all the proper warmup and warmdown in the shower.
what kinda gains can i expect in the first ~2 months? i know everybody is different but there has to be some sort of ballpark estimate for minimum gains.
what is the basic science behind jelqing? blood moves to the head, stays there, expands cells, etc? how does the shaft get longer/thicker?
also what girth is required for a trojan magnum XL or durex XXL? i read in some places that its over ~5.75 but the diameter of the condom is 2.7 fuckign inches at the head which equates to 8.5 inch girth lmao.
edit: i have a tight frenulum and tight foreskin. i cant retract it all the way back when erect comofrtably. it just kinda sits right behind my head in a pile and if i let go it springs back to the top. im doing 10 minute stretches for each condition every day, is there anything else i should be doing? i have a feeling shits gonna hit the fan one day and its gonna tear during sex

current stats: 7.25-7.3 BPEL - 6.6" MSEG
short term goal: 8 x 6.75 (any idea approx how long it will take to acheive this?)
mid term goal: 8.5 x 7
long term goal: 9 x 7.25
(my NBPEL is just 0.25" smaller than BPEL if that accounts for anything)
