I've been doing it for a week now how can i find out if i am doing jelq and v jelqs right? And while i do it i get erection fast and i just do it at 80-100% erection level any tips? My main goal is length

Never jelq any higher than a 70% erection, you are alot more likely to cause an injury like a burst blood vessel for example. Just stop and let it get softer first then carry on. 5 minutes of good, proper, slow jelqs is better than 15 minutes of bad form ones. Less is more.
