About a year ago u used to jelq for around 40 mins with a ten min warm up and cool down from thiss i seen results also used to get red spotting on my penis so i knew it was working, after a long break i started again but only do 30 mins of jelqing now and i dont see any spottin but mostly swollen forskin , for the last week a have introduced a Bathmate into mu routine as a 10 min warm up nd cool down , shud i stick with this or change it up ?
