Some supplements or herbs are best taken on an 'as needed' basis, I think HGW, and Maca and Yohimbe are among them. Others like Ginseng, Ginko Bilboa and the aminos (L-lysine and L-carnitine) have a cumulative effect, but that's just my opinion.

Don't get too wrapped around the axle with supplements, as previously said, a good woman does wonders....
