Just finished JP's 90 day routine (Or at least something similar) and I've had a small length increase. A pleasant surprise!
However now that I'm more confident that PE is legit I want to continue with the same routine and work towards more legnth, while also seeking girth gains (As my girth hasn't changed).
I was considering adding edging + Uli's after each session, would this be smart or would I be better finding/creating an entirely different workout?
Any help is appreciated. Also, none of the tutorial video's seem to work for me, are they broken or is that just me lacking a plugin?Not really gaining.

If you gained length from it then keep doing it, add more reps to each stretch like two, or add bundled stretches and a stretches, as far as I know they help with girth. Also try a few uli's and check your PI and take it from there. Seems people jelq for their while PE life but a lot cut out v-jelqs, you can do that also if you don't want your session to be very long.

You could consider taking a week or two off before starting your new routine. Sometimes your dick just needs a break after 3 straight months of a routine. When you decide to start PEing again, you can add edging and ULI's to your routine. They are easy to do together because when you get fully erect, you can easily grab the base of your dick for an ULI.
I don't know how much time and privacy, but if you really did JP90 to a tee then it may be that you are a hard gainer and might require a more intense workout.

Cool, I'll check out the exercises you mentioned Steve, might also do more sets for V-Jelq's. I've always felt they were doing more than the regular wet jelq's (Will also look for detailed info on those to make sure I'm doing it totally correctly).
My first 2 months went by without any problems Skeptic, last one was a bit erratic because it was approaching Christmas. I'll take a few days out and read up on what you guys have mentioned before continuing or getting into anything new.
