Thread: My routine

So I'm new to this site, and I've noticed different routines, technique, etc. I was hoping to maybe have some constructive criticism on my routine, or maybe some tips and exercises to add.
With my routine I do a warm up with a rice sock for about 5 minutes. I use it all around the base of my penis to help limber it up. I then proceed to do 200 jelqs using an "OK" sign with both hands, palms facing the floor. I don't use the tips of my fingers, rather, the webbing between my thumb and forefinger and the inide joints to grip my penis. I use slow jelqs, eac 2-3 seconds long. After about 200 jelqs, I grip somewhere right below the head of my penis and pull lightily straight up, and clench my PC muscle. I hold for 10 seconds before releasing, waiting 10 seconds, and then repeating. I continue these for a total of 20 reps. Lastly, I use the same rice sock method warm down. By the way, I use cocoa butter for the lubrication, not that it matters I don't think.
So anyway, thank you all for your time. I would really appreciate if anyone who has had long term experience in different techniques and successful outcomes could maybe add a few tips so I can; a) maximize my gains quickly and b) be able to better care for the health of my penis. I'm new to this website too, and currently started my own routine. But I have done a lot of research in the past few days about these exercises and everywhere i read it says you should warm up for at least 10 - 20 minutes. What I have also noticed is that most people do their stretching before they do their jelqs. Just a observation I noticed, just thought it would help.
