I've finished JP's beginner routine and feel like i can handle more. Since I'm satisfied with my girth I only want to add length if possible.
I was thinking of adding in side to side stretches and tunica tugs at first.
The problem is I don't know how many reps is reasonable for each exercise.
Can anybody suggest a good routine involving these exercises and maybe a few other stretches? (mainly a-stretch, bundled stretch, etc)
Do you think I should bother doing flaccid jelqs at the end of my routine?
