    Hey guys. I've just finished JP's beginner routine and have designed something mainly for length:
    10 minute warmup
    250 side to side stretches
    150 low erection level jelqs
    5x20s tunica tugs
    Warmdown
    How does that look? Too much or too little? Any feedback is appreciated.
