A check I did after my routine....
Every time after my routine there is about 0,2'' gain BPEL (and NBPEL). Is this considered a positive PI or neutral?
I talk of course about temporary gains (next day lost) - hoping to see some them cemented soon!
Are those temporary gains a must for a successful routine? If I alter my routine and do not see those gains afterwards, should I reconsider my new/altered routine?
