Overall, people in general just have to start eating a sensible and balanced diet instead of taking pills to fulfill their needs. The real deal (food) is usually taken in much better by the body and is a much smarter way of doing things.

I'm sorry but to the OP, I too have longed to search for a method to increase my volume. I am not here to judge on your post but to the people that present "research". I for one do not consider it as a legit article unless it is for sure used in medical journals. I have seen some of you post wiki links and what not, perhaps you guys could try PubMed, a more reliable source. Thought a lot of sources in wiki do come from here, it seems it is much easier to search PubMed, for example "L-arginine AND L-lysine interactions". That would probably generate some articles doing research that might have some conclusions to support either side.
Also, OP, I have a book on other herbs to increase volume, if that is what you want, let me know, I can send you an e-book.Starting: September 22nd 2009

What kind of increase have you seen from this cocktail? More volume or stronger blasts? I took zinc for a little while, just 1 pill a night for a few weeks, and I saw results.
I shoot like Peter North as is. But it'd would be fun to glue my wife to the mattress

Hey so I thought I'd add my "too sense"
First, I would agree with most of the cocktail as these types of things seemed to work for me, but it has been said that prolonged excessive zinc consumption can lead to very serious side effects like hair loss and such... Though I don't know that limit..
I have noticed if I had taken too high a dosage of something there will usually be some kind of initial side effect... Like a headache an hour later..
Lately I've had lots of water, maca, healthy diet, horny goat weed, and protein shakes with plenty of amino acids... My results seem to be much bigger volumes..
Although.. I would like to increase it much more... Like fill her whole face with the ball milk.. Sometimes it's just much funner.. You know?
So does anyone have anything to add?
What about the silenium?
Also, lecithin didn't seem to do anything for me...
