How do you know if you are getting a good penis workout? Is it supposed to be sore after exercise? or maybe lower EQ? how do you guys know if you need more rest or more exercise? i never really could tell on myself exept some soreness, but i mainly work on my girth only. As a result i had overtrained in the past and had an injury but never felt overworked. Now im trying to take precaution in not overworking but still gaining as much as possible...

lmao i didnt even get any last night :/ and the injury was last year lol i only feel very little soreness when i squeeze my penis when flaccid ,slammers are very intense so maybe that explains it , is the soreness im feeling normal or slight over training?Current:

You'd probably get more gains under training than over training.
You should never feel sore, this isn't a gym workout for your skeletal muscles.
