    i want told you my workout and wait some remark what is good or what is bad or what i should change
    1 -routine warm up with infra lamp about 8 min litle strech betwen warm
    - rotating strech about 15 seconds in one course total 10 stretch 5 in left 5 in right side (still lamp light on my cock)
    - then 4x73 clasic jelqs betwen series i keep cock hard and warm with edging and have about 1-2 minutes pause betwen series
    - on end short edging about 3 min
    - finished again with infra lamp about 5 minutes

    2day bathamte 20minutes

    3day OFF

    sometime i have off day and sometime i go week without off and do my workout every day
    thanks for all comments and too criticism
