Why am I able to bust out Kegels by the hundreds without any problem? I usually do them while warming up for PE and throughout the day and I can hold a kegel for 40 seconds, no problem. It's way too easy even though I really squeeze it when I do them. Am I a freak?

Just means you have healthy PC muscles. i can do the same thing and have been able to since I first started out. I dont do them any more and have not for a long time. If I ever have an issue I will resume them. Maybe its just because I am a roofer and a hockey player (goaltender) so I spend half my life puckered up!Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

You must be I have to be careful with them or else I get severe pain underneath my testicles and the veins around my balls swell up.

Though if you go untill you fatigue then the subsequent kegels will become more and more challenging as with any other muscle. All muscles can be ehausted. It goes along with my theory about weight lifters who go in the gym and then later tell how they hit it for 3 hours. Cant be done properly if you cant wipe yourself out. Intensity beats quantity. If you go in the gym and pound it intensely then 45 minutes to an hour should hit any body part and if it takes much longer then you simply are not hitting it hard enough, I would recommend trying to obliterate your pc muscles the first set or two. If dont to max intensity you will find that you do actually have a limit.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

I use to watch the 3 hour guys in the gym, I especially liked when they would come up and ask me how I got my bench up to where it was. I would tell them intensity, I would always tell them if they had anything left in the tank after an hour they were simply not working out hard enough. Just experiment and you will find your keys. Everyone has a different set of them.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before
