I don't believe they do. I have gained a little over an inch in length so far, and I have not gained, or lost any girth.

This was my very concern before starting PE. Ultimately, I decided to closely monitor everything, so that I would be aware of any gains or losses as precisely as possible. Remember, however, that EQ really impacts measurements, so it can be tough to be consistent.
I've gained just shy of .25" length over 3 months, with no MEG loss. I thought I may have detected BEG loss to the tune of 1/16" to 1/8" or so, but I am starting to think that my initial measurements were: A. Not a true base measurement and B. Done too generously. In terms of feel, my base feels as good as ever, so I will take an official measurement to my best ability in a few days, and call that a solid starting point.
Bottom line is to monitor how you feel, and how everything measures. You can set specific measurement intervals to check, but again, make sure you have good wood every time, or you'll get a bogus measurement. If you edge beforehand, you'll get an inflated number, and if you measure with lousy EQ, it'll seem low.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

I've thought about this sort of optimistically. Maybe length gains reduce overall girth, but my girth exercises have simultaneously added girth on making it seem like my girth hasn't changed.
Of course this is just to make me feel better about no girth improvements chances are stretching has minimal affects on circumference.Not really gaining.
