(I have a propensity to be wordy, so I bolded the main point.)
So as we all know, there is no one-size-fits-all solution for penis enlargement. The best hope one has, it would seem, is to merely observe to effect of different exercises, and react accordingly. I started relatively lightly, for fear of injury. Over the course of time I got more and more intense, and while I'm still just essentially doing JP's 90-day routine (albeit significantly altered), my jelq grip is very firm. I haven't had any pain and the only soreness I've had felt like it was in the suspensory ligament. I keep upping the ante hoping for some kind of PI's but to no avail. The only thing resembling PI's are a bit of turtling and infrequent morning wood (but I also masturbate daily).
I don't expect quick returns -- in fact I anticipate my growth to take quite a long time -- but I do want to make sure I'm targeting the right areas properly. What I've noticed is thus:
My flaccids have been getting consistently longer and fatter. I take a picture every day while I'm seated at the side of my bed. It will at some point become a pretty interesting and uber-long animated GIF . Sometimes when I look at my flaccid, it seems big enough to be quite impressive to an onlooker. However, this doesn't translate into my erections.
While I was jelqing today, I did some kegeling too and noticed the blood rushes almost straight to my glans, barely expanding my shaft visibly. The same goes for squeezes and Uli's. It would seem that I have a very restrictive tunica (and I already knew that I had been quite tightly circumsized, so that might play into it as well).
Given my experience level, what would be a reasonable approach to working on expanding my tunica? I have neither the funds nor the confidence to move to devices yet, so I'm looking for manual exercises(I'd like to be damn sure I'm conditioned), but I would be interested in hearing what might be effective in the future, too.
I'm sure this has been asked before, but I can't operate the search function for shit, and there are always new people joining the website, so I'd greatly appreciate your input.

Well, before I will throw some words in hoping to help, I do need to know how long you have been at PE consistently and not by join date (I joined in Jan of last year but did not really dedicate myself to doing PE until July).Begin 7/25/2011:

Yep how long have you been PEing? And hows EQ since you've started?

I started officially on the 18th of October, 2011. I do 2 on 1 off, sometimes 2 on 2 off when I feel like I need it or I'm busy. Other than that I've only had two 10-day pauses for travel.
EQ improved generally at first, but now is pretty much just inconsistent. I rarely if ever have morning woods, but probably 1/3 times when I do get hard it's raging. After a session EQ is almost always lower, but it may be because I edge and don't balloon.
I also drink quite a bit, which I've cut about in half since I started. It doesn't really correlate to my EQ, though, unless I'm actually drunk (which is only at night), but it might affect morning wood. Even so, i can go either way.
EDIT: I should clarify, I drink three to four nights out of the week, after 8pm, about 6 drinks. I know it's a problem but I don't want that to become the focus of the thread, because that's a separate challenge.

Have you had any gains at all? It seems you're on the right track, if you keep at it gains will come. But to answer your question, I'm a big fan of tunica tugs and bundled stretches. Those are my two favorites I don't think there's anything else I do that seems to stretch the tunica like those two stretches. Hard to say for sure if I've had gains. Technically there is about 1/4" more in length that I've never noticed before, and my flaccids just keep getting larger and larger but not translating to erect gains.
I guess I'll try bundled stretches out. I feel that my unit is conditioned enough, but the idea of it makes me more than a little apprehensive.
I also have been doing a few tunica tugs, but again I don't pull with full strength and only do 2-3 sets about 30 seconds each. Probably not enough to effect any significant change.
I JUST started to introduce squeezes - something resembling a horse squeeze. I think this may help me out as well, as far as lateral expansion goes.
