I think i may be doing them wrong, i feel the stretch above the base of my cock towards my navel, and when im done my flaccid is longer, but it is suddenly skinny and feels limp...any advice ? thanks

LAS's stretch your upper ligs, so naturally you are going to feel it there. The purpose of LAS's is to improve flaccid hang and length, and that comes from the stretching of those upper ligs. Pain or discomfort is not part of it though. I am fully conditioned, and when I do them I stretch my unit as far as I possibly can prior to sitting on it. I then sit on it for over an hour at a time. Less conditioned units should not be stretched as much, nor should you sit on it for more than 30 minutes or so.
