Yes, placing a ring or a leather strap around the pecker will keep it engorged longer and thus add to the deformation and keep it fuller longer. i did thiswhile pumping. After a good session i would place a leather strap bhind the scrotus maximus ( ball sack ) and where it for about 30 minutes. You must be sure that its not a blood stopper tghough, the idea is to where it tight enough to let blood in and not let as much out. keeping some circulation possible. It gave me a fatty that lasted much longer and I thought it worked well. I lost my frickin strap. You can also use a damn wrist band as long as it has a few snaps so you can adjust.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

BigO does doing this contribute to how your overall penis fatigue or is it pretty easy on your unit? Because I think I'll start doing it but my routine is pretty much at the limit that I want it to be at in terms of how much it fatigues my guy.

It wont cause fatigue. It is just to hold some blood in to remain engorged. keeping blood in the penis after a work out is also a good sart to the healing process. This is not suppose to be like clamping, but wrather just enough to keep a fatty flacid going for 30 or 40 minutes.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

if i had any guess its all about the composition of the Penis. the penis is made up of mainly connective tissue and smooth muscle. Both Muscle and connnective tissue are stretchy. They are made up of Collagen and Elastin. Elastin has a quality of elasticity. When a force (stretch) is applied to the Connective tissue it responds linearally to the stress load and elongates. Think of the connective tissue like a spring. When you apply and outward directed force on to a spring for a short amount of time, the spring will elongate but then return to is original size later. This is just like how connective tissue behaves. Now if you apply the same force on the spring for longer duration the spring will behave more hydraulically and remain elongated
Now you mentioned about cementing. With cementing the gains i think its all about duration and stress load. Long duration Reasonable stress load. if you stretch for a long duration of time the tissue in response to the load will enter the plastic region of response and elongates undergoing plastic deformation which leads to long term length gains. It should also be mentioned just on the side that heat and cool downs encourage plastic deformation far more than without.
I can kinda see why ADS are so effective.
