I recently took a week off due to a college trip and sharing dorms with other guys ment I couldnt do my routine. Measured when I got back and I hadnt lost any length or girth think it may be to do with the weed tbh :/ not good.Starting stats

You probably didn't lose any size, you just aren't getting as hard as you could be. You worked out your penis hard even if you weren't jelqing so I doubt you lost any gains. Just get back into your routine and everything will probably be back to normal in a week or two. No need to cut your routine back.

ya i was thinking it was eq also. i dont normally eat unhealthy or smoke alot and when i do drink its only on friday and its not to much. but i do tend to go all in on vices every couple months when the enjoyment is worth it. so im going back into my full workout. at the very end i was able to do super slammers about 2-5 of them ontop of my workout ive been doing pe on and off for 2 years this latest attempt at pe was about 8 weeks straight counting the reacent week off. so u think i should wait another 2 months to start them up again i no how hard this excersise is
